Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2022 to reveal new stars on 16 February

Michelin will reveal which restaurants have received, and lost, stars in the Great Britain and Ireland 2022 Guide on Wednesday 16 February.

The little red book revelations will again be held online in virtual events spanning six days next month.

To kick things off, the new Bib Gourmand restaurants will be revealed at 10am on Friday 11 February. At 10am on Tuesday 15 February the winners of the special awards for chef-mentor, young chef, service, sommelier and newcomer will be announced.

At 10am on Wednesday 16 February the new Michelin stars and green Michelin stars for sustainability will be revealed.

Finally, on Thursday 17 February the events will conclude with an interview with the chef of a newly awarded Michelin-starred restaurant.

Gwendal Poullennec, international director of the Michelin Guides said: "Naturally we are disappointed that we are unable to host this event in person, as we know how much everyone enjoys these occasions. However, we can promise you that these days will be full of exciting news, as we have many wonderful new awards to reveal".
