Once I’ve upgraded my old print subscription to The Caterer Gold Club Membership, how do I access articles online?
Go to www.thecaterer.com from 10am the morning after you have upgraded your account. If you already have an account, then simply login. If not, you need to set up an account. It’s important to login with the email address linked to your subscription so that we can verify your access. If this isn’t possible, you will be prompted to enter your subscriber ID and postcode to verify your subscription.
I have a digital package subscription, so why can't I view The Caterer Insight reports?
The Caterer Insight is only available to The Caterer Gold Club members. Please call 01293 312091 to upgrade your subscription.
Can I take out multiple subscriptions for my company?
You can arrange multiple memberships for your company by calling 01293 312091. Discounts are offered based on the number of subscriptions ordered.
I’m having trouble logging in to my account. What should I do?
Simply visit the ‘forgotten your password?’ function in the login window, enter your email address and follow the prompt to create a new password.
Why can’t I find the latest digital editions of The Caterer in the The Caterer app?
This service is no longer supported. Subscribers can view digital editions of The Caterer in the digital editions section of www.thecaterer.com.
Can I get just a print subscription to The Caterer?
Print subscriptions are only available as part of the print and digital bundle, priced at £196 per year.
What is the minimum subscription term?
The minimum subscription term is 12 months.
What payment options are available to me?
Either credit or debit card, which will give you instant access to premium articles on www.thecaterer.com.
Can I gift a subscription?
You can order on behalf of a friend or colleague by adding the recipient’s details at the time of ordering.
When will my first issue be dispatched?
You can view the latest issue in the digital editions section of the website as soon as your membership starts. Print copies usually arrive on a Friday, but may take up to 10 days for the first issue to arrive depending on when membership begins.
What happens if I miss an issue?
Please call us on 01293 312091 and we will look into this for you. You can still view the all issues digitally in the digital editions section of the website.
What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind, please let us know in writing at thecaterer@subscriptionhelpline.co.uk within 14 days to receive a refund on the unexpired portion of your membership.
