Robin Wylde, the Greyhound and Turnips among 12 new additions to Michelin Guide
In the latest tranche of new monthly updates, 12 restaurants have been added to Michelin's Great Britain & Ireland Guide 2022.
The latest additions include the Greyhound in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire; Harriet Mansell's (pictured) debut solo restaurant Robin Wylde in Lyme Regis, Dorset; the Eggleton family's new Pony Bistro in Bristol; and Dean Banks at the Pompadour in Edinburgh.
Other new listings include Brett in Glasgow, under the same ownership as the Michelin-starred Cail Bruich; the Forge in Chester, sister site to the Woodsman in Stratford; the Eskdale in Castleton, North Yorkshire; Turnips with Tomas Lidakevicius in London's Borough Market, which makes use of the market's produce; Orā in Belfast; Bridge Arms in Kent; Bao Noodle Shop in London's Shoreditch; and Cush in Ballycotton, County Cork.
On the last Wednesday of the month Michelin reveals new additions, with stars, bib gourmands and green stars to be unveiled at the annual launch ceremony as usual.
