Lunar Pub Company names Charlie Miller as head chef of Ganymede
Charlie Miller has been appointed as head chef of British bar and dining room Ganymede in London's Belgravia.
Miller was previously head chef at Arcada, a fine dining restaurant in Bordeaux, France and senior sous chef at the Coach in London's Clerkenwell.
He has also worked in various London restaurants including Ember Yard in Soho, Racine in Knightsbridge and Ganymede's sister site, the Hunter's Moon, in South Kensington.
Miller will manage the recruitment and training of staff while working closely with owner and chef director of Lunar Pub Company, Oliver Marlowe, to create a modern British menu.
Miller said: "We have lots in store for the next few months, from supper clubs and changing seasonal specials, plus new lunch and brunch offerings. It's a really exciting time to join the team."
Marlowe added: "Charlie has already proven a great addition to the team at Ganymede, bringing with him lots of ideas and insights from his extensive experience in the industry. We have seen his skills in action first hand at the Hunter's Moon and he's incredibly talented. I'm excited to see where we can go with Ganymede."
Lunar Pub Company was founded by Hubert Beatson-Hird and chef Oliver Marlowe in 2019 and launched Ganymede in September last year.
