Bennett Hay appoints Candice Webber as culinary director
Candice Webber has joined contract caterer Bennett Hay as culinary director.
Her appointment follows that of Zoë Watts, who was made business development director in July 2021.
Webber will oversee the development of the company's catering ethos, which focuses on sustainability, conscientious menus and supply partners.
Her role will also involve collaborating with clients to provide catering services that reflect their office needs while also mentoring kitchen staff.
Previously, Webber has worked in both workplace and retail catering, having held senior positions at Thomas Franks London, Vacherin, Lusso and her own consumer business.
Webber said: "I'm excited to bring my Aussie flare and holistic approach to the Bennett Hay business and feel that ethically we are aligned, which means honest, innovative and agile growth lay ahead."
Robin Hay, founder of Bennett Hay, added: "We are thrilled to have Candice join us and we're looking forward to her contribution to the company as we amplify our focus on food. She will bring another valuable voice and outlook to our leadership team and will play an important part in our growth and innovation plans for the years to come."
Bennett Hay was founded by Anthony Bennett and Robin Hay in 2010 and holds contracts with several London workplaces, including Landsec, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Savills.
In April, Bennett Hay won a four-year contract with the National Gallery in London.
