Three Adamo Property Group sites put on the market
Christie & Co is marketing two hotels and a woodland site with planning permission from Adamo Property Group's south-east Cornwall portfolio on behalf of administrators.
The property firm has been instructed by CRG Insolvency & Financial Recovery to sell the Rivercroft Hotel (pictured), Commonwood Manor and Hall Wood Forest, all of which are near the resort town of Looe.
The Rivercroft Hotel belonged to a former ship captain and ceased trading in 2022. It features 10 guest rooms, four self-contained apartments, three bedrooms, a bar and a restaurant.
Bed and breakfast hotel Commonwood Manor also closed in 2022 and features 10 ensuite bedrooms, an owners apartment and a large garden. The building's design is inspired by Italian villas.
Hall Wood Forest is a 56-acre freehold woodland with planning permission for a 25 holiday lodge scheme.
Stephen Champion, director of south west hotels at Christie & Co, said: "The two hotels both have stunning views of the River Looe and present a fantastic opportunity for a new owner to refurbish and open their own hospitality business, or conversely they may suit alternative use subject to planning consent."
Jamie Keith, director of UK Holiday and Residential Parks, added: "Hall Wood's planning consent offers a new owner the opportunity to develop a unique leisure business in a stunning party of Cornwall, either using the existing planning consent in place or with some variation.
"All three properties have generated significant interest even before launching to the market and viewing days are filling up fast, so we recommend booking in soon to avoid disappointment."
