Pavilion to launch private members' club in Knightsbridge
Pavilion is to open its first social venue with a private members' club offering panoramic views across Hyde Park and an all-day dining menu to be created by a top UK chef.
At 16,942 sq ft set over six floors, with interiors designed by Russell Sage Studio, the Pavilion Knightsbridge will open in May 2021, joining its existing portfolio of business members' clubs across London. The new social offering will be focused on offering customers the opportunity to "connect, learn, work, socialise and enjoy events, talks and parties".
Located next door to the Mandarin Oriental hotel and opposite Harvey Nichols, the site was most recently home to luxury serviced offices. Prior to that the property served as the Danish Club between the 1920s and 1990s and in the late 1800s it was the location for the London County Bank.
The site has been extensively refurbished to offer members access co-working spaces, a private members' club, serviced private offices, a terrace and a bar and dining concept. Membership starts at £150 per month, while private offices with 24/7 access available from £2,200.
"We are excited to be able to deliver a new breed of members club for people who are looking to enjoy both a casual, yet sophisticated environment nestled in the heart of London," said Harry Hunt, director of Pavilion. "With the evolution of remote working and working from home, Pavilion Knightsbridge will provide people with the perfect space to enjoy from day to night."
