Martin Kleveta has been appointed head sommelier of the three Michelin-starred Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester in London.
He will be working closely with chef patron Jean-Philippe Blondet, head chef Alberto Gobbo and assistant head sommelier Maxime Lamour.
Kleveta, who has six years' experience in the industry, was most recently assistant head sommelier at the Michelin-starred Hide London restaurant and bar by Hedonism Wines and Ollie Dabbous.
The finalist for this year's UK Taittinger Sommelier of the Year 2023 has also worked at Orrery in Marylebone and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in Knightsbridge.
Commenting on his appointment, Kleveta said: "I'm looking forward to working with the team and showcasing to guests a selection of the most exciting and iconic bottles in the world of wine. I will work closely with Chef Patron and Restaurant Director to curate wine pairings based around the menu, which changes seasonally."
