Lanesborough Grill and Kora by Tom Kitchin added to Michelin Guide

Michelin's latest monthly update has revealed a further 15 restaurants will be included in its 2023 Great Britain and Ireland Guide.

The additions included the Lanesborough Grill in London's Belgravia, headed up by chef Shay Cooper. The restaurant replaced Céleste earlier this year, following the loss of its Michelin star in the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2022.

Other London additions included Les 2 Garçons in Haringey and Noci in Islington, while in Scotland, Kora by Tom Kitchin was named among the additions, having replaced his former restaurant Southside Scran.

Shucks in Glasgow, a sister site to Michelin-starred Cail Bruich, was among the new additions, as was Blas restaurant in St Davids, Pembrokeshire, located within the Twr y Felin hotel.

Andrew Sheridan's Black & Green in Barnt Green, Worcestershire, also made it to the list, as did Gemma Austin's A Peculiar Tea in Belfast.

Since summer 2021, Michelin has been unveiling new additions to its listings every month. The restaurants appear as recommended on its website and apps highlighted with a ‘new' symbol.

It will not be confirmed if any of the restaurants will also receive a star, Bib Gourmand or Green Star sustainability award until a ceremony next year.
