Travelodge launches bid to fill 700 vacancies
Travelodge has launched a recruitment drive to find 700 team members ahead of the summer season.

Wisson said housekeeping roles were proving particularly challenging to fill as the budget chain announced it was looking to recruit for 640 positions across its UK hotels, 40 head office roles in Oxfordshire and 20 maintenance engineer positions.
The group has said it "welcomes applications from all candidates, including Ukrainian refugees who need a fresh start and have a right to work in the UK".
As part of its recruitment drive Travelodge will host its own job fairs, including one in London's Waterloo which it hopes will find candidates for 130 vacant positions across the capital.
Wisson said the team would talk about the benefits and the flexibility that roles could offer potential candidates.
She added that Travelodge was a National Living Wage employer and offered perks such as 50% off stays at the group's hotels.
The recruitment drive comes after the company reported an "extremely encouraging" start to 2022.
Last week, Travelodge chairman Martin Robinson said: "The budget hotel segment, whilst not immune from the broader economic uncertainty, has proven resilient and continues to recover ahead of the rest of the UK hotel market; and we believe that the opportunities to grow our business have never been more exciting."
