Eight top chefs team up for gala dinner supporting Hospitality Action
Eight of London's top chefs will team up to host a one-off gala dinner to support Hospitality Action.
The industry charity's chef patrons Jason Atherton, Vivek Singh and Atul Kochhar will be joined by Tom Booton, Adam Handling, Anna Haugh and Ben Murphy, as well as pastry chef Claire Clark for the Winter Chef's Dinner at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square on Monday 6 November.
An exclusive canapé and drinks reception will be followed by a four-course gastronomic feast and the opportunity to meet the all-star brigade.
A prize draw and fundraising auction will also be held on the evening to support the work of Hospitality Action, which helps those in the industry facing crisis.
Patron and executive chef of the Cinnamon Collection, Vivek Singh, said: "I'm delighted to support Hospitality Action as having spent a lifetime in our incredible sector, this is the most welcoming and supportive of fraternities. Every now and again, our own may fall on hard times and may need to be supported; Hospitality Action do just that."
Between 2020-22, Hospitality Action awarded almost £460,000 to households in London, the most supported region (16.9%) to receiving a grant.
Tickets for the dinner cost £150 per person and can be purchased here.
