Randall Jennings joins Royal Greenland as managing director

Randall Jennings has been appointed as the new managing director of the UK operations of seafood producers Royal Greenland, following the retirement of long-serving managing director Tony Wheatley.

Jennings, who has previously held positions at Baxters Food Group, Intersnack and Associated British Foods, will devise new strategies for the UK's foodservice and retail divisions.

"We have a great quality product, plans for innovation and real credibility in the Royal Greenland brand, but our key strength is that we have full control from the trawler to the customer," said Jennings.

Tony Wheatley, retiring managing director at Royal Greenland, added: "Randall will be a great asset to Royal Greenland. His proven track record in building market sectors and leading these markets speaks volumes, and his passion and enthusiasm is clearly evident."
