Liverpool hospitality group hiring over 100 staff ahead of lockdown lifting
Pub Invest Group is recruiting for more than 100 jobs as the sector prepares for the possibility of lockdown easing in April.
The Liverpool-based group, which owns sites including McCooleys, Moloko (pictured) and Brooklyn Mixer, is expanding its team ahead of the lifting of restrictions.
The government has indicated that outdoor hospitality may be able to open from 12 April at the earliest, while indoor dining could start from 17 May.
MIke Edwards, operations director for Pub Invest Group, said "The group is lucky to have some of the best outdoor spaces in this great city of Liverpool, and we now have some dates to work up to, so plans can be implemented. We are looking to build a team based on the experience and talents of any aspiring hospitality sector workers."
Pub Invest Group's portfolio includes food-led sites, high-volume bars and nightclubs, pubs and cocktail bars.
It is also planning to open several new locations across the city later this year.
