Police search for man after east London restaurant stabbing
Police are searching for a man after a stabbing at a restaurant in Newham, east London.
The victim was attempting to break up a fight in a restaurant in Barking Road when he was stabbed in the arm, in an attack that may result in life-changing injuries.
Police have released an image of a man they would like to trace in connection with the incident shortly before 4:45am on Saturday 1 April.
Officers said the suspect had fled the scene in a dark blue Audi.
No arrests have been made and enquiries continue. Police have asked anyone who witnessed the incident have been asked to call 101 with reference CAD5922/30MAY23. To remain anonymous contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
