Last chance to join this week's People Summit 2023
The Caterer's 2023 People Summit takes place this Thursday 18 May, with an agenda centred around people and purpose.
Taking place on at etc.venues St Paul's, London, the one day People Summit will feature experts discussing personalisation of the people experience, independent thinking, flexibility and equity. Operators will also explain how they have changed their processes to ensure their teams remain loyal and engaged.
Pan Pacific general manager Anne Golden will explain how her servant leadership style has created a positive culture at the new London hotel by empowering employees to perform at their peak. She will outline how it has been possible to build a strong culture through trust, inclusivity and authentic engagement, while establishing the 2023 London AA Hotel of the Year in the capital.
Meanwhile, Chris Mitchell and Robbie Laidlaw from Geniune Dining will share their experience of training for a rowing race across the Atlantic, including how signing up to the race provided motivation during lockdown as well as a focus on their mental health and wellbeing.
Other speakers include Liz Flynn from Cubitt House who will explain how the business is developing and inclusive culture that inspires people and teaches them new skills and Marcolette Anastasi from the Town Hall hotel will share her work with Saira Hospitality and how it is bringing people together people from varied backgrounds to work in the industry.
