One month to go until the People Summit 2023 to learn the latest in employee engagement

There is one month to go before The Caterer's 2023 People Summit, which this year is centred around people and purpose.

Taking place on Thursday 18 May at etc.venues St Paul's, London, the one day People Summit will feature experts discussing personalisation of the people experience, independent thinking, flexibility and equity. Operators will also explain how they have changed their processes to ensure their teams remain loyal and engaged.

Speakers include Liz Flynn from Cubitt House who will explain how the business is developing and inclusive culture that inspires people and teaches them new skills; Christine Armstrong from Armstrong & Partners who will talk about workplace culture, hybrid working, productivity and communications.

Meanwhile Marcolette Anastasi from the Town Hall hotel will share her work with Saira Hospitality and how it is bringing people together people from varied backgrounds to work in the industry.

The Caterer editor James Stagg said: "As well as sharing what makes a business one of the Best Places to Work in Hospitality this summit will explore how its possible to bring your culture in line with the expectations of current and future employees, support wellbeing and build a productive and rewarding environment.

"We're looking forward to welcoming operators to join the conversation and share best practice in people engagement."

Attendees so far booked include representatives from Red Carnation, Elior, Dakota Hotels, Lime Wood Group and Marcus Wareing Restaurants.
