You can register for free to join industry peers at The Caterer's Plant-Based summit on 26 January 2023.
"Plant-based is something to be embraced rather than shy away from," said Chantelle Nicholson, chef owner of Apricity, who is speaking at the event. "A menu rich in plant-forward dishes is a must for me, and we have a lot of wonderful fruit and veg in the UK to bring to the forefront."
Joining Nicholson will be Kirk Haworth of Plates, David Moore of Pied à Terre, and plant-based consultant Valentina Fois, who will be opening the event with a look at the latest vegan trends to impact hospitality. Panels will discuss how to market a plant-based product and how to make vegan dishes stand out on restaurant menus.
The Caterer's features and special projects editor, Caroline Baldwin, said: "There is no stopping the plant-based trend and operators who don't get behind it risk losing custom which no business can afford to do in today's difficult climate. Join our virtual summit next month to hear our expert speakers share tips on how to capitalise on all things plant-based."
Topics to be covered include: • What's hot in the world of plant-based • What trends are worth investing in? • How to market your plant-based product responsibly • How to integrate plant-based into fine dining
