Scottish care home operator Balhousie Care Group is reaching out to those workers affected by Coronavirus to fill its vacancies as existing staff face childcare demands or are required to self isolate.

Addo Food Group
Chilled pastry producer Addo Food Group has announced it is now recruiting for temporary jobs across its six sites.
The company is looking for people with all levels of experience in its Spalding, Nottingham, Market Drayton, Shaftesbury and Poole factories.

The London Restaurant Co-operative
Le Bab, in London's Carnaby Street, is to open as a not-for-profit social kitchen co-operative, to offer som financial relief to the chefs and waiters who've lost their jobs due to Coronavirus.
Unemployed chefs will prepare low cost, delicious ready meals comfort food such as lasagne, that can be paid for online and biked over to people by the waiting staff. The kitchen and waiting staff will keep 100% of the profits, and owner Stephen Tozer will personally cover the set-up cost.

It delivers food to NHS and care sector and has seen a huge increase in demand at a time when the coronavirus outbreak is meaning some staff are having to self isolate or reduce hours due to childcare needs. The Co-op has announced plans to create 5,000 store-based roles, which could provide temporary employment for hospitality workers.
Recruitment procedures at Co-op have been simplified so that candidates can apply for positions by walking into their nearest store with a view to starting work in a matter of days.
The boost in colleague numbers will help stores to replenish stock more efficiently, fulfil online orders and provide ongoing assistance to more vulnerable customers.

Morrisons has hourly paid temp roles across its logistics and manufacturing sites.
