HospoLive was launched by Think Hospitality and Flow Hospitality with the support of Fleet Street Communications. The content will cover areas including health, wellness and hospitality training as well as live cooking segments.
James Hacon, chief executive at Think Hospitality, said: "Hospitality is an incredibly resourceful industry that is inundated with quality, talented people. We started this stream so that we could engage this smart, erudite community, while many were furloughed."
Elly Johnston, director of Flow Hospitality, added: "We're determined to continue doing our bit to encourage connection, support wellbeing, keep minds active and enable the best people and operators to share best practice."
HospoLive is broadcast Monday to Friday through Facebook Live. Other guests confirmed to appear are chef Asma Khan of Netflix's Chef's Table, Nordic pioneer Claus Meyer, Guardian food writer Felicity Cloake and Financial Times restaurant critic Nicholas Lander.
