Henry Moore Studios & Gardens announces new café caterer

Henry Moore Studios & Gardens in Hertfordshire has announced Rosey Lea has taken over the café catering at the former home and workplace of sculptor Henry Moore.

Rosey Lea, a catering company owned by Leanne Gregory, has won a three-year contract to oversee the café, taking over from Copleys.

The onsite café relaunched on 1 April with a new all-day dining menu, including brunch items and coffees from 11am and tea and light lunches throughout the day.

Highlights of the seasonal menu include speciality baguettes and bagels, salads and quiches. Arabica coffee and a wide selection of loose leaf teas accompany homemade quiches, sandwiches, salads, cakes, cream teas and ice-cream.

Gregory said: "I am thrilled that Rosey Lea will be located at the Henry Moore Studios & Gardens, and I hope that Henry Moore himself would be proud to have our very traditional and authentic style in his grounds. We have a wonderful team, delicious homemade cakes, and tasty lunches. We look forward to bringing our offer to the visitors that come to enjoy a day out in this stunning location."

Clare Tomlinson, head of enterprise at Henry Moore Studios & Gardens, added: "We're delighted to have the Rosey Lea team joining us, bringing with them 10 years of experience running two successful sites in Bishop's Stortford. We are confident they will deliver a fantastic service and we look forward to the delicious food and enjoyment their new offer will bring to visitors and venue hire clients alike."
