Harri makes mental health and wellbeing courses available for free
Online training platform Harri has partnered with Mind in Haringey to offer free mental wellbeing support courses.
The courses to be made available will include 15-minute briefings on stress, anxiety and methods for supporting teams.
Pete Willis, director at Harri, said: "During the current emergency, any hospitality operator will be able to sign up for free resources and courses.
"These will be available for all hospitality employees on the topics of mental health and wellbeing, in conjunction with Upskill People and the Mind charity."
Tom Howes, head of talent development technologies, added: "Study after study shows that looking after employees' wellbeing is one of the top predictors of organisational success, even during our current uncertain and, at times, volatile situation that does not change.
"Therefore increasing awareness and understanding of important mental health issues when many may be feeling stressed and anxious or could be managing a team who could be going through more, should be at the top of every employer's people agenda.
"We at Harri wanted to support businesses under pressure to support team members now, through the online briefings and manager programme, all for free. By doing this we know that it will prepare them for what comes next and for being an employer of choice for the future."
