Gordon Ramsay continues Bread Street Kitchen roll-out
Gordon Ramsay is continuing his rapid pace of restaurant openings with a new venue set to take over the former Kitty Hawk site in the City of London this month.
Bread Street Kitchen and Bar – South Place will launch at 11, 13 and 14 South Place on 30 August, just one week after the chef opens his first Bread Street Café in Ealing.
Both sites will be inspired by the original Bread Street Kitchen restaurant, which Ramsay opened in London's St Paul's in 2011.
The chef is now spinning off the brand as part of a plan to open up to 50 new UK restaurants by 2025.
According to its website, the South Place site will open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night drinks seven days a week and serve ‘classic Gordon Ramsay dishes', such as beef Wellington and fish and chips.
Another Bread Street Kitchen opened in London's Southwark in May, and the brand has international sites in China, Singapore and Dubai.
Ramsay has also launched four Street Pizza restaurants in London and seven Street Burger sites in London and Woking in the past year.
Gordon Ramsay Restaurants runs over 40 sites worldwide, including the chef's eponymous three-Michelin-starred restaurant in London's Chelsea.
