Drake & Morgan to convert two Corney & Barrows to new sites

Bar and restaurant company Drake & Morgan is to convert two of its recently acquired Corney & Barrow venues into new concepts.

Corney & Barrow on Old Broad Street in the City will become the Otherist, occupying a space of just over 3,700 sq ft, accommodating up to 120 covers and opening Monday through to Friday.

The Pagination (pictured) occupies 4,400 square feet on Cabot Square and the bar and restaurant is divided into internal and external spaces, seating 84 and 60 covers respectively, trading Monday to Saturday.

The Otherist and the Pagination will open in late November and early December respectively.

Both sites are being designed by Fusion, which is responsible for all Drake & Morgan bars and restaurants.

The all-day dining destinations will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner offering a choice of seasonal dishes. They will offer an extensive wine list, including a wide range of Corney & Barrow bins alongside premium spirits, beers and cocktails.

Drake & Morgan will also open the Refinery Spinningfields and the Refinery St Andrew Square (Edinburgh) in late November.

Drake & Morgan bought Corney & Barrow's 11 sites for an undisclosed sum in July this year.
