Louis Vuitton to design 2023 Claridge's Christmas tree
The Christmas tree in the lobby of Claridge's hotel will this year be designed by Louis Vuitton.
The fashion house, which Claridge's said was a "long-time friend of the hotel", will unveil its creation on the morning of 23 November.
Details of the design remain under wraps, but the hotel said it would bring together two well-known names who have "long celebrated the art of travel".
Claridge's general manager Paul Jackson said: "What an honour it is to welcome such a legendary house as Louis Vuitton to design our Claridge's Christmas tree this year.
"Christmas is the most magical time of year for us here at the hotel and we look forward to seeing guests and visitors immerse themselves in Louis Vuitton's world."
This will be the thirteenth year Claridge's has invited a fashion house to design its Christmas tree.
Last year, it worked with shoe brand Jimmy Choo to create a five-metre-high tree-shaped sculpture made up of 69 mirrors, 60 metres of lights and 250 aluminium panels.
Other notable designs have included an upside-down tree with silver gilded roots, which was created by Karl Lagerfeld in 2017.
