New London hotel the BoTree announces September opening
Independent luxury hotel group the BoTree has announced it will welcome its first guests from 15 September.
The BoTree, part of the Place III Hotels group, is set in Marylebone, London. Reservations are now open for guests to book the hotel's 199 guestrooms, including 30 suites.
The guest rooms include 21 accessible rooms and 56 connecting rooms, while the 30 suites will include entertaining space with a lounge, balcony, personal bar and integrated cocktail station.
The largest of the suites, the Presidential Suite, will feature a private elevator lobby, guest entrance and an outdoor terrace with views across central London. The space can be combined with the adjoining suites to create a 350m² wing.
Floor hosts will provide a 24/7 modern butler service for all rooms.
The owner of London's Michelin-starred Hakkasan restaurants, Tao Group Hospitality, will oversee all of the dining and bars, including Italian restaurant Lavo and the BoTree Bar.
The opening will be followed by additional developments including an event space, a private bar, a wellness space and a rooftop.
Luxury beauty brand Jo Loves, whose founder is Jo Malone, will be the bathroom amenity partner.

The BoTree was built by EPR Architects, which has also worked on projects at the Rosewood London in Holborn and Sheraton Grand London Park Lane in Mayfair.
