French chef Yannick Alléno to open restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Park Lane
French chef Yannick Alléno is to open his debut London restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel Park Lane next summer.
Alléno runs 14 restaurants across France, Monaco, Morocco, Dubai and Seoul which share 15 Michelin stars between them. This includes three at Alléno Paris, two at L'Abysse and one at Pavyllon, which are all located within the Pavillon Ledoyen building in Paris.
He first won three Michelin stars at the Hotel Le Meurice in Paris in 2007.
Alléno's restaurant Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in Courchevel also holds three Michelin stars.
The chef's all-day menu at the Four Seasons Hotel in London will offer his interpretation of modern French cuisine, which blends French techniques with British produce.
