For the first time, the event took place virtually, presented by comedian Tom Allen, and was watched by operators up and down the country cheering on their colleagues and friends.
Hotelier Robin Hutson was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award, UKHospitality chief executive Kate Nicholls walked away with this year's Special Award, while the International Outstanding Achievement Award went to chef-restaurateur Alain Ducasse.
