Two event venue contract wins for Graysons worth £6m

Independent caterer Graysons has added two new contracts to its events venue portfolio in quick succession, worth £6m in turnover over the next five years.

The Worshipful Company of Painter-Stainers has appointed Graysons as its partner at Painters' Hall in the City of London, where the caterer will be responsible for the sales, marketing and delivery of commercial events, meetings, and dinners. It will also be providing the catering to all livery events at the hall.

Graysons will also be starting a new contract to oversee the operation of the Farmers & Fletchers in the City events venue from September.

Tim O'Neill, Graysons managing director, said: "It is really exciting to see these two fabulous event venues joining the Graysons family. Not only do they have such supportive and forward-thinking livery companies behind them but they offer unique and very different environments for our customers and will really complement our growing portfolio of London venues.

"The level of enquiries and bookings across all of our venues has been steadily increasing and there is a great deal of pent-up demand for events and celebrations so it's a great time to be starting with these superb new venues."

Graysons specialises in the management of events venues as well as workplace restaurants and hospitality suites and has 47 sites in its portfolio. It was formed in 2008 by Sir Francis Mackay.
