Taking place at the British Museum on 29 October, the one-day event will feature inspirational operators sharing their advice for building a rock-solid business model backed up by an ethical outlook.
Keynote speakers include Clare Smyth, chef-patron of Core in London's Notting Hill, Galvin at Windows general manager and TV personality Fred Sirieix, and CGA chief executive Phil Tate.
Tate will share the results of The Caterer's Hospitality Business Leaders survey, which features insights from 500 top hospitality bosses, covering market challenges, food and drink trends and opportunities in the year ahead.
Meanwhile, Sirieix will explain his vision for the future of front of house, while Smyth will detail how she's built a sustainable business from a standing start to two Michelin stars.
