CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

The International Maritime Organization (IMO) is a specialized agency of the United Nations, with 300 staff based in central London. Its catering service provides daily meals for staff and delegates, large-scale diplomatic receptions and fine dining.

The Organization has embarked on a review of all its key services and business processes, and as a part of this exercise now seeks a consultancy to conduct a thorough review of the catering function, focusing on the scope and quality of function and restaurant services, efficiency and cost-effectiveness, business processes, human resource management and marketing.
