SSP opens two new James Martin Kitchens
Travel caterer SSP, which operates food outlets in locations worldwide, has opened two new James Martin Kitchens in the space of a month.
The brand, which made its debut at London Stansted Airport in 2015, can now be found at Manchester Piccadilly railway station and Debenhams intu at Lakeside shopping centre in Essex.
James Martin Kitchen is a premium bakery highlighting British farm ingredients and quality baking in a café setting.
For breakfast it offers a range of hot and cold sandwiches, fruit, yogurt pots and pastries. While, for lunch dishes include freshly made pies, wraps, sandwiches, baguettes and salads.
The bakery also serves a variety of homemade cakes and biscuits made to Martin's recipes.
Simon Smith, CEO of SSP UK, said: "James Martin Kitchen is a brand that passengers love and our clients want. It's already been a big hit at Stansted, and we are confident that it will be equally as well received at Manchester and Lakeside.

SSP Group recently reported a like-for-like sales increase of 3% in its financial results for the year ended 30 September 2016.
The company operates at more than 2,000 sites in over 30 countries around the world.
