10 Greek Street leans into foodservice with catering company launch
The 10 Greek Street restaurant in London's Soho has launched a full-service catering company, 10 GS Events.
10 GS Events has been created to coincide with the restaurant's tenth anniversary and can cater for festivals, weddings, birthdays and anniversaries across a variety of locations, including using custom-built airstream trailers and hosts' kitchens.
All menus, ranging from ‘buffet' to ‘festival', offer family-style sharing plates and draw on dishes available at 10 Greek Street's private dining experience.
Typical canapes include beef tartare on dripping toast; confit potato with cod's roe and caviar; crab croquettes with aioli; and polenta with goat's cheese and truffle.
Larger dishes, such as onglet and Welsh black short rib with roasted hispi cabbage, fried potatoes, shallots and green peppercorns, and desserts including chocolate cremeux with cherries and churros are also available.
Ingredients will be sourced from the same suppliers that provide for 10 Greek Street.
The drinks selection also takes inspiration from the 10 Greek Street's supply of wines, as well as its close relationship with sister brewery Braybrooke Beer Co. in Market Harborough. Guests are able to rent the grounds of the brewery, which includes a barn and farmland.
10 Greek Street was founded by New Zealnd-born chef Cameron Emirali and front of house partner Luke Wilson. The pair own Braybrooke Beer Co. alongside their business partner Nick Trower.
