Simon Thomas of the Lanesborough scoops Lifetime Achievement at concierge awards
Simon Thomas of the Lanesborough London has been presented with the Lifetime Achievement accolade at the annual MVP Concierge Awards.
He led the winners at the 2019 awards presentation held at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London, last week.
Thomas, who has been head concierge at the Lanesborough London for five years, was honoured for a 32-year career which began when he joined Grosvenor House hotel as a page boy in 1987. He subsequently went on to work at the Park Tower, Knightsbridge; Royal Garden, Kensington; Renaissance Chancery Court (now the Rosewood London); and Brown's hotel, Mayfair; before joining the Lanesborough in 2014.
