Owen Sullivan named executive head chef at Bluebird Chelsea
Owen Sullivan, formerly of Gordon Ramsay Group, has joined Bluebird Chelsea as its executive head chef.
He started working at the King's Road restaurant earlier this month and has been brought in to oversee the kitchen team and create a new set lunch menu.
Sullivan worked at Gordon Ramsay Group for over 10 years and travelled around the world assisting the chef with restaurant openings. He has been executive chef at several of Ramsay's London restaurants, including Maze, Maze Grill and the Savoy Grill.
Sullivan's career has also seen him work with contract caterer Noble House and manage and curate the menu for Elton John's annual Academy Awards viewing party in Los Angeles.
His new set lunch menu at Bluebird includes two courses for £19.50 or three courses for £24.50.
