A 31-year-old man has been charged with murder following the death of a London barmaid.
Police believe Iuliana Tudos, who worked at the World's End pub, in Camden, was stabbed as she made her way home after socialising with friends on Christmas Eve.
The body of the 22-year-old, originally from Moscow, was found in an outbuilding in Finsbury Park on 27 December.
Kasim Lewis of Friern Barnet has been charged with her murder appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court today where he spoke only to confirm his name, address, nationality and date of birth.
He was remanded in custody and will next appear at the Old Bailey, in London, on Friday.
Paying tribute to Iuliana on social media the World's End wrote: "Words cannot express the sadness we feel at the news of the death of Iuliana Tudos.
"Julie, as she is known by us, was well loved by everyone in the greater Camden community and was a bright and caring member of our World's End family."
A GoFundMe page launched to help Iuliana's family cover funeral expenses has raised more than £16,000 in five days.
