Joshua Cutress named head chef at the Harwood Arms
Joshua Cutress has taken over as head chef at the Harwood Arms, London's only Michelin-starred pub, in Fulham.
He has replaced Jake Leach, who took the reins from former head chef Sally Abé in 2021. Leach has moved on after two years to take a development role within the company run by the pub's co-owner Brett Graham.
Cutress previously worked at London restaurants the Square and the Ledbury, which is also owned by Graham, before joining the Harwood Arms as sous chef at the age of 26 in 2021.
His menu will continue the pub's focus on game and extend the use of the whole animal across his dishes. The venison scotch eggs will remain on the menu alongside Graham's Iberico pork and charcuterie.
The Harwood Arms is co-owned by Graham, chef Mike Robinson and Edwin Vaux.
