Hilton Bracknell sold for £17.5m
The Hilton Bracknell hotel in Berkshire has been sold to an affiliate of travel and leisure investor KSL Capital Partners for £17.5m by Tabamara.
The purpose-built hotel has 215 bedrooms, 10 meeting rooms, a bar, restaurant, health club with treatment rooms and approximately 150 car parking spaces.
Previously operating under the Hilton brand, a surrender was agreed of the lease this month in line with Hilton's asset light strategy.
Henry Jackson, head of hotel agency at Knight Frank, which oversaw the sale of the hotel, said: "We are delighted to have concluded the sale of Hilton Bracknell on behalf of Tabamara, highlighting the demand for prime hotel assets in prominent locations within the UK. With further easing of restrictions imminent, we have been experiencing strong competition for these high-quality hotel assets and expect this to only increase in the coming months."
