Haute Dolci plans UK and international franchise expansion

Luxury restaurant chain Haute Dolci is to open five further UK sites this year with plans to launch a global franchise.

The company was founded in 2017 and currently runs 13 sites nationwide offering a range of speciality desserts, brunch, and savoury options.

Further restaurants in Watford, Ealing, Liverpool, Edinburgh and at London's O2 arena are planned to launch by 2023 with second sites due to open in Birmingham and Manchester soon.

Haute Dolci also plans to expand internationally with five sites due to open in Kuwait over the next five years, marking the start of global franchise plans.

Group chief executive officer Nizam Mohamed said: "Haute Dolci has maintained a healthy growth since it was founded in 2017, weathering the storm of Covid-19 despite the enormous challenges faced by the hospitality industry.

"We have ambitious plans to bring this extremely popular concept to the Middle East, initially with five stores in Kuwait. The next phase will be to expand into the GCC and the UAE, with potentially another ten stores opening over the next five years."

The company is also seeking further franchise partners across the UK.
