Three former Harcourt Inns pubs put up for sale
Three London pubs which previously formed part of the Harcourt Inns estate have been put on the market.
The Crown in Chiswick (pictured), the Three Cranes in the City of London and the Harcourt in Marylebone are being considered for sale individually or as a portfolio.
Harcourt Inns was founded by James McCulloch in 2014 and grew to six sites, with chef Henry Harris brought in to oversee the food offering.
The gastropub group did not survive the pandemic and Harris left in late 2020.
Paul Breen, director in the licensed leisure team at Savills, which is marketing the sites, said: "It is extremely rare to see freehold properties of this quality being brought to the market.
"The pubs have all been tastefully refurbished in recent years and are presented in excellent order. They represent a fantastic opportunity for established operators and new entrants to acquire properties in some of London's most exclusive locations."
McCulloch has since bought and relaunched the Boundary hotel in London's Shoreditch.
