Former Oddfellows head chef joins Liverpool's Panoramic 34

Elliot Hill, formerly head chef at Oddfellows hotel in Chester, has joined Panoramic 34 in Liverpool in the same role.

Acorn award-winner Hill spent the last six months at Oddfellows having also worked as executive chef at the Park Tavern in London's Wandsworth and was part of the opening team for Hotel Gotham in Manchester in 2015.

One of the UK's highest restaurants, Panoramic 34 is located on the 34th floor of the city's West Tower.

Hill said: "I'm loving the challenge of creating some great new dishes using good locally sourced produce. Merseyside has an abundance of suppliers who can deliver quality seasonal ingredients to allow us to give our guests the best food experience. I'm working on new menus to offer our diners the best of everything."
