David Francis appointed Blue Apple Catering's regional operations manager for London

David Francis has been appointed Blue Apple Catering's regional operations manager for London.
Francis, who has been tasked with driving sales in the capital, joins the company from Lexington, where he had worked for almost a decade.
He said: "I'm delighted to be working with Blue Apple, who, despite trading successfully for over 20 years have managed to maintain that boutique operation feel that is rare in the industry today.
"I'm confident I can help to continue to drive the business forward and win new business in London and I'm looking forward to seeing what I can bring to an already established and successful team."
