Crieff Hydro signs seven figure deal with Inverarity Morton
Scottish luxury hotel group Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels has announced a three-year partnership with independent wines and spirits merchant Inverarity Morton.
The contract amount has not been disclosed but The Caterer has been informed it is worth seven figures.
The partnership will see Inverarity Morton supply a wide range of alcoholic drinks, such as Gustave Lorentz Pinot Gris Reserve and Schola Sarmenti Critera Primitivo, and non-alcoholic beverages, including non-alcoholic wine Sea Change.
The wine merchant's drinks team will also lead training with the family hotel group's bar and restaurant staff across its eight hotels located in Perthshire, Dundee, the Scottish Borders and the Highlands to provide advice and guidance on the products. In addition, 1881 Distilery in Peebles is working alongside Inverarity Morton to help increase stock and distribution capacity.
The contract was facilitated by hospitality procurement partners, Enhance.
