Compass Hospitality acquires Best Western Plus Keavil House Hotel amid ‘continued' expansion
Compass Hospitality has secured management of the Best Western Plus Keavil House Hotel in Dunfermline, Fife, amid continued expansion of its UK portfolio.
Keavil House Hotel marks Compass Hospitality's fourth acquisition in partnership with the Buxani Group, following collaborations for GoGlasgow Urban Hotel, the Craigmonie Hotel in Inverness and the Arosfa Hotel in London.
The latest addition, a mid nineteenth-century country house that resides in a 12-acre estate, is located close to a naval shipyard at Rosyth and features 70 bedrooms, a club, spa and the Elgin Suite for large functions and weddings.
The property has been operating as a hotel and spa business since the 1980s.

Compass Hospitality operates 50 properties around the world. Starting with Southeast Asia, the group has been expanding in the UK since 2015 and now has a portfolio of 19 hotels in the UK, including in Liverpool, Dundee, Coventry and Cheltenham.
