Boutique biscuit brand Biscuiteers targets hotels as part of expansion plan
Hand-iced biscuit company Biscuiteers is launching a Christmas collection created for some of the country's most prestigious hotels, including the Langham and the Newt in Somerset.
The Langham is providing Biscuiteers' DIY kits for its Christmas masterclasses taking place at its cookery school, Sauce by the Langham. While for the Newt, Biscuiteers has created a series of festive biscuits for guests to buy.
According to Biscuiteers' founder and managing director Harriet Hastings, the boutique biscuit brand's partnerships with hotels is part of its plans to expand into the hotel and wider hospitality sector.
Hastings said: "As we continue to expand our wholesale offering, we see hotels and hospitality as an important sector where we can add a sprinkling of seasonal magic to guests through the beautiful bespoke offering we have created for each of these iconic hotels."
Jemima Marks, head of marketing for e-commerce at the Newt in Somerset, added: "Working with Biscuiteers to create our Christmas biscuits has been a joy from beginning to end. From the delicious flavour combinations to the attention to detail, we are so pleased to be offering customers this whimsical product, the perfect stocking filler."
The partnerships with hotel brands follows its recent expansion into cultural venues; in June and July, it launched its products at Brighton's Royal Pavilion and Shakespeare's Globe respectively and, this month, its products will be made available at the Royal Opera House and Southbank Centre.
