Bartlett Mitchell launches workplace delivery service
Contract caterer Bartlett Mitchell has launched a delivery service to provide workplaces with individually packaged meals, while footfall gradually returns to city offices.
BM Delivered will see meals produced in a central production kitchen, previously used for the caterer's events business, and delivered to clients, with orders placed by app for delivery to desks.
Francois Gautreaux, UK managing director of Bartlett Mitchell, said: "We understand the challenges some of our clients are facing and are looking at lots of different ways of supporting them during these difficult times. BM Delivered can be an efficient and effective interim solution on our journey to full population."
BM Delivered will offer a range of meal options from simple breakfasts and grab and go items to bento boxes and full hospitality for meetings and events.
Pete Redman, chef director at Bartlett Mitchell, added: "We've spent a great deal of time looking at our menus to develop food which is not only delicious, but also travels well given the new mode of delivery.
"The menu range stays true to our core foodie values and is freshly made, seasonal, full of flavour and beautifully presented. The aim is to get the best of a BM restaurant and deliver it in carefully packaged format."
The company is also offering clients a Cook at Home range of take home meal kits as well as a new Home Store option for general groceries, removing the need for teams to visit the high street for everyday essentials.
