Ask Italian boss Steve Holmes to be keynote speaker at Arena networking event

Ask Italian boss Steve Holmes has been announced as the keynote speaker at the Arena foodservice and hospitality networking event in July.

Managing director Holmes is currently steering the company of 112 restaurants and around 2,3000 employees through a period of change.

Attendees of the event will hear about his strategy to shape the business for the future, which focuses on an evolving menu shaped by celebrated chef Theo Randall; an aggressive restaurant refurbishment programme inspired by modern Milanese design; and a desire to create a special customer experience.

The Arena lunch will be held 17 July at Jumeirah Carlton Tower London.

Tickets cost £140 plus VAT for Arena members and £185 plus VAT for non-members.
