JKS Restaurants reveals full Arcade Food Hall line-up

JKS Restaurants has revealed the full line-up of traders joining Arcade Food Hall in London ahead of its launch on 22 April.

The venue in Tottenham Court Road originally opened in 2019 but is being overhauled by JKS after closing during the pandemic.

The 12,500 sq ft site will be open for walk-ins and bookings in the food hall. Guests will be able to order direct-to-table from each of the kitchens via QR codes on the menus.

Karam Sethi, founder of JKS, said: "We hope to raise the bar in terms of food hall experience in London, where the same attention to detail given to the food is also reflected in our drinks list, the art, music, and entertainment. We hope the versatility of the space ensures that Arcade Food Hall will suit all occasions."

The full line-up of traders is as follows:

Hero Indian Fast Food A north Indian fast food kitchen that will showcase the flavours of Indian street food. The kitchen will pay particular focus to the cult Punjabi makhani sauce.

Shatta & Toum A shawarma kitchen from Berenjak founder Kian Samyani. The shawarma will be made using khobez bread stuffed with chicken shawarma and marinated lamb doner. The menu will also showcase a range of Middle Eastern mezze.

Saborcito The little sister to the Michelin-starred Sabor restaurant by Nieves Barragán Mohacho and Jose Etura. The menu will feature classic tapas dishes alongside daily changing seafood specials.

Manna A burger and fried chicken kitchen inspired by diner culture in the US, developed by JKS Restaurants and Bake Street's Feroz Gajia.

Sushi Kamon A sushi bar developed by the founders of Yashin Sushi and JKS Restaurants. Alongside a weekly-changing sushi menu available for the food hall, Sushi Kamon will offer a bookable eight-seat counter for a traditional omakase experience. The counter will be bookable in the evening for omakase, which lasts for one hour and is priced at £45 per person.

Bebek! Bebek! The second kitchen from Farrell will be built around the twice-cooked crispy duck and chicken that Javanese street stalls are famous for, created using Indonesian ingredients and produce grown on Farrell's Dorset farm.

Arcade Provisions A sandwich and bakery spot open from 8am each morning, serving Margot's Pride, an exclusive range of sandwiches from Margot and Hector Henderson of Shoreditch's Rochelle Canteen, a range of seasonal pastries from James Lowe's Flor Bakery and Origins coffee. In the evening, the space will transform into Provisions Lates, serving Cocchi negronis and Margot's Pride hot sandwiches.

Benham & Froud Jelladrome by Bompas & Parr This desserts concession bar will host Benham & Froud, the British jelly brand that will serve up shareable trifles layered with jelly, blancmange, biscuit and cream as well as boozy jelly shots.
