Leading event catering company Admirable Crichton is on the verge of going into administration, owning money to creditors.

A notice of intention to appoint an administrator was filed in the High Court yesterday and Brian Johnson and Peter Kubik of chartered accountants UHY Hacker Young have been instructed to commence administration proceedings.

Managing director of Admirable Crichton today is Ruth Lawton-Owen.

Money owned by Admirable Crichton includes a £33,000 bill to chef agency Heat London.
