Top Bartender

Geoff Meston has been named TGI Friday's world champion bartender in Dallas, Texas, after competing against finalists from North and South America, Europe and Asia.

Mr Meston, who was already British bartender champion and was recently named the chain's UK employee of the year, joined TGI Friday's four years ago at Fareham in Hampshire.He was the bar trainer for the opening of the Mexico City outlet and last year transferred to the chain's branch in London's Haymarket for itsopening.
