Foodservice supplier Country Range has launched four new retro products, including a summer fruit and elderflower gateau, a carrot cake roulade, a chocolate chip cookie stack and an orange and mascarpone torte.

Metcalfe's Nemco Easy Chopper 3 is an all-in-one heavy hitter when it comes to fast chopping, slicing and wedging. The latest version features colour-coded blade assemblies, push block gaskets for easy cleaning and a push block coating to increase durability.

FEM has launched the new UPC300, a front-loading, insulated food transport
box. The UPC300 features a gasket-free door that swings wide open to allow
easy access to pans inside, which are held firmly in place during transportation.
The UPC300 can accommodate sizes from GN 1/1 to GN 1/3 and holds up to three GN 1/1 10cm deep pans. It measures 43.2cm x 65.4cm x 56.8cm.

The new Spiral glass collection from Artis includes three differently styled, handmade cocktail glasses. The flute (9½fl oz), coupe (10½fl oz) and martini (8fl oz) styles each have distinctive tall, twisted stems and a minimum bead, giving a fine rim finish.

Aryzta Food Solutions has added four new sourdough breads to its UK range, including a bloomer, an extra-large bloomer, a baguette and a fruit and nut loaf.

Warewashing manufacturer Classeq has two new pieces of kit: the P500 pass-through dishwasher and the Elevation series of ice machines. The hoodtype P500 is designed for intensive, high-volume daily use, capable of cleaning up to 720 plates per hour.

Nisbets has three new tableware ranges, all with its Edge Chip Warranty. The Olympia Fresca range (pictured) has a hand-painted look with vibrant patterns and contrasting rims. The Olympia Chia collection has irregular edges and a distinctive reactive glaze, available in sand, charcoal or green. The nature-inspired Olympia Birch range has a natural and organic finish.
